[GAMEPLAY]Weird Skarner movement when playing vs Kalista.

There is a weird interaction between Skarner and Kalista. Sometimes as I ran towards her and she attacks me I wasn't able to move, its as if my MS was cut to 10. You could see the champion trying to move but does it at an incredible slow rate, as if I was hit by Talons E, but it lasted way longer than a brief second. The enemy Kalista later also said that when I hit her 1st, she wasn't able to move regularly either, and was only able to move by utilizing her auto attack dash passive. (my move regularly i mean right clicking where you want to move).

It could be also that whenever I press ult as Skarner and she dashes away, the champion "loses" the location where Kalista is, as if she went invisible or into fog of war. I don't know how to reproduce this, but if somebody can take a look if anything is weird, that would be nice.
