Passive conflict between two support items. Mikael's Crucible and Athene's Unholy Grail

When you build Athene's Unholy Grail and Mikael's Crucible. the passive from Mikael's Crucible "Harmony" will just been canceled and shows 0. the same thing happened when u build Athene's Unholy Grail and Chalice of Harmony which has the same passive.

When I played Janna, these items should gives me like 15 hp/s health region. but it just stays at normal.

BTW the ap from the passive Dissonance is still working.
