Game Breaking Bug

So, I finished this new event like a week ago, and I still haven't gotten my Pyke Ward. I have the Quest completed, I see lots of other people using it, but I don't have access to it at all. This is a game breaking bug, as I've been looking to become a Pyke main and I can't even use his wards! I got the Masterwork Chest, I know the Icon is supposed to arrive in July, but I ain't gotten my Ward yet and I don't know if its because I finished 3 missions at once, and it just skipped that reward or what. Help me Riot-wan Kenobi, you're my only hope. (Image linked for proof of finishing the Quest)
