[CRASH] Issue with Windows 10 Release Preview build KB4512941

Windows update KB4512941 which is a part of the Windows release preview program causes the game to basically be unplayable. Client works fine but the game does not. I've fixed this on my end but wanted to post this in case Riot sees this and doesn't know this is an issue and for anyone else who hits this issue.

The fix is to simply uninstall the update and the game will work fine and this is the only way to fix this. Reinstalling the game via Hextech repair tool will not work, even if you do a clean uninstall.
