[Client] Friend "In Champ Select" when really In Game

No real way for me to reproduce it as I have no idea what causes it. Has happened a couple times.

I tried restarting client as well, but it is still there so I'm assuming it is something server side.

Figured I should let you guys know just in case it hadn't been reported yet.
