[NO SERVICE] There is an issue with (Dutch?) players connecting to League.

Hi,

There is something going on which prevents a portion of the Dutch players to connect to league. This may be occuring in other places as well, but the people I encountered this with are all Dutch so far (5 random people from reddit and twitch streams.)

About 40 minutes ago, I finished a game playing Zoe and wanted to play another game. When I clicked "play again", it did nothing but become unclickable. After about 30 seconds I could click again, and it did nothing again. The 3rd time it worked, but I couldn't get into a game because I couldn't click to find a match.

I restarted League, after which I could not log in. I got stuck at Authenticating... So I restarted my computer. This didn't work either, and I've been trying to log in for 30 minutes now.

There is nothing on the service status page. Probably because this doesn't affect every player, as I could see streamers play.
