Crashes

Im having an issue after champ select. i just got patch 6.2 and played a couple games fine logged out and came back the next day . i had another sub- patch to download (i assumed it was just being added) but after that i cant get past the champ select screen. i goes black then says my client has crashed. ive tried uninstalling then reinstalling even a system restore. i really need help here.
