My last few matches have been kinda wierd. You would see champions at random clip maybe a wall or a fallen tower, or in some cases even minions and then they would randomly stop moving but be freaking out in one spot twitching around like crazy.
Same thing has been happening to me a lot.
It doesn't seem to be lag, more, it seems like random terrain blocking.
Like if anivia was to wall someone against a wall, or j4 was to perfectly block someone against a wall with his javelin
Except in this case, there aren't any abilities being cast to catch someone on the terrain, it's simply just doing it on its own.
