In-game shop not working properly

I'm having this problem while playing support(not sure if that's related to the role) but I've had this issue twice now. It's really annoying and making me lose my games because I can't buy ardent (or any other items). I buy the 2 items it builds with and when i have 650 gold for the recipe it shows I don't have enough gold when I clearly have 1000+ gold. It's not only with ardent but with all the items. I can only buy when I have full gold for the item or I can't even buy an item ( I couldn't buy redemption last game at all). Please resolve this issue as it's affecting my games and others' too.

Same is happening in my games only I cant sell the items either. I have to leave the game and come back to be able to shop

I experienced this last night as well. I solved the issue by selling the items and hitting undo. Of course, the prices are still astronomically fucked.

They need to fix this ASAP I'm a support as well and when I'm already doing bad, not being able to buy my hourglass until half way through the game is so annoying! I'm just glad my adc didn't flame me, but I would have understood if so. However I also tried to buy Rylais so slow the enemy team down and ran into the same issue again! I don't play league that much and when I do, this is not how I want it to go.

Same thing happened to me! Weird enough, I was support too. I thought it was my shaky connection, but I'm "glad" I found other. Needs fixing! (lost, but got rolled over anyway)

Same thing keeps happening to me as well. I’m also a support main .. it’s annoying cant buy any items. I keep having to log out and log back in MID GAME! Team doesn’t listen/understand flames and threatens to report . :(

I have also now experienced this twice now in the last week or so, once on Leona and another time on Lulu. I have also had several friends have this happen multiple times on other various champions and with many different item. It has happened in solo/duo ranked, blind pick, and ranked flex.

Same issue here. Won my last game but that was due to the enemy being SUPER far behind before i noticed the issue.

This bug is sickening. Wastes a whole minute of our time just to try and get it working again. A minute that could have been spent preventing a turret from being lost. Imagine if you had this bug on item 3157 Zhonya's Hourglass against Zed Zed. You find you can't buy it for no reason whatsoever so you walk back into lane, proceed to get Death Mark bursted. Then woopty-do, while you are dead you see that you can suddenly buy it now. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
