Hi I have been unable to load into a game of League after my computer crashed with the error code: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION during the loading screen of a League game. This started today, after I restarted the computer the game would not load and this message popped up, not only did I lose LP but I also have not been able to rejoin another game because every time I load up a game this would pop up.

Does anyone know how to fix this, and thanks! Draven

This also happens to me every few games or so. Hopefully Riot finds a solution soon.

Update: I reinstalled League a couple of times, although it did not help, after I clean uninstalled and reinstalled league for the last time I decided to restart my computer. For some reason before restarting it still did not work, and the game client popped up which would get stuck at a loading percentage and the message would pop up shortly after. After I restarted my computer the game worked, and the error message would not longer reappear. I do not know why it stopped but I recommend these steps if you are having the same problem:

  1. Use Hextech Repair Tool to reinstall.
  2. Try to play in a customs.
  3. If it does not work, restart PC.
  4. If it still does not work clean uninstall.
  5. Restart PC.
  6. Load into customs.

happens to me every game that makes it to 40 minutes.
