Honor capsules BUG!!! Or loot BUG!!!

Hello RIOT.

I didn't get honor capsules on lvl 3 and 4,and i am about to be honor lvl 5,i just get the orbs. I am not the only one,my friends have the same problem.Can u fix it? Or just explaine to me whay.
