Auto decline ready check

Tried to play TFT. Popup to accept the game never showed up. Just instantly declined it for me. Once it declined it after just 4 seconds in the queue. Meaning its actively declining for me, not just not popping up and never letting me hit accept. Got the warning about being punished for declining too often.

Me 2. I tried to play Normal and a message popped up saying that I have declined the match even though the accept or decline message never appeared.
