Yasuo Bug

Recently I've been noticing some bugs with yasuo's q, e, and ult. Sometimes when I try to e to something it won't let me even though I didn't e to it before. I mainly notice this while trying to clear minions under turret. Same goes with his q, it would be off cd and when I cast it I just stand still. And the ult, when I knock someone up about 1/3 of the time i'm not able to use my ult on them.
