Ranked Champ Select ALWAYS DC

Hi, would like to report about a certain problem during ranked champ. First of all, I'm using Telus internet and it works fine in norms, aram, other modes. However, whenever I go ranked, in the champ select screen, the other players choosing timer usually tick to 0 and nothing happens. This signifies that only in ranked champ select do i recieve disconnections, and this has costed me loss of LP and leaverbuster for dodging when i did not intend to.
