[Gameplay] Ward Trinket Doing Level 9 Duration While Champion Is Level 8

I was playing Singed on my smurf when I looked at the duration of the ward and it said 120 seconds while I was only level 8. I took a screenshot and will try to have it posted soon. I don't know if this is just a Singed thing or on other champions too.

How to Recreate It I've only done it once): -Pick Singed in Game (I was in normals) -Use SSW Singed (Maybe it matters) -Get Warding Totem (Trinket) -Level up to Level 8
