Wooglets Witchcap in Twisted Treeline

There seems to be a small bug with the tooltip for the Witchcap in twisted treeline, most notably with Xerath. Instead of showing the bonus AP given, it is reading as 0 ( I have also come across it saying UNKNOWN). I have tested it with a couple of other champions (Viktor and Malz) and the tooltip is displaying correctly the bonus AP.

Can anybody else confirm this?

I believe I've had the same issue before with the wooglet tooltip showing up as 0 when I played veigar

I have the same issue with Karthus but it seems to be working fine on Lux.

It seems this bug may totally be random. I played as lux the other night and had the tooltip display as 0 still. Played with Xerath again last night and had it display correctly.
