Cannot Start or Access Ranked Games since patch

Finished playing a ranked game about 5min ago, a patch was then automatically implemented. After the game client reloaded and I logged in, it became apparent that Ranked Game queues were no longer available.

I have tried logging out and restarting.

Is this global or am I experiencing a glitch in my client?
