[CRASH] Loading screen not loading correctly, causes me to lose a ranked game

The loading screen was stuck there for about 5 levels into the game until i exited the client and restarted it. I was level 1 while the enemy top laner was 6. The loading screen also said that my teammates were not loaded in yet (Example: jungler was at 10%). This NEEDS to be fixed, I don't want to be fucked over any more than you do. I know riot can't pay for the lp i lost, but it costed 22 of it.
