Client Bugs

Dear Riot, I currently play in the OCE server with a decent 65-70ms connection. however upon starting a normals game I found my ping to be spiking rather erratically. Believing this to simply be a problem with my modem I tried to solve it the old fashioned way (turnign it off and on again). Much to my dismay after trying to reconnect to the game I was in I found that I could only see a black screen with my mouse cursor. After several minutes of waiting I tried to restart my computer. Upon restarting and relaunching League of Legends I found that upon trying to reconnect the same result occured. I tried this a second time but to no avail.

Thank you for your time, I hope that this problem can be fixed.

Edit: Having finished the normal game in question I then tried to play a custom game agaisnt bots but with the same result.
