Missing items from level up capsule.

Yesterday I opened a level up capsule, it had orange essence and I think it was a Project Leona skin. Today when I logged in I have the orange essence but not the skin. A while back the same thing happened but I didn't want the skin anyways so I didn't mind but now that it's happened twice I'm a little annoyed. I clicked the add to loot button so I'm not sure why it has disappeared. Help would be appreciated, thanks!

Well first of all you can't really get a skin from a lvl-up capsule. It could have been a bug or something. Try to contact riot support for that and see what they will tell you.
