Game Crashed - Not in my match history, & bugsplat crashed but I still lose LP

First game not available to link as it's disappeared, but I've linked the bugsplat game that crashed and forced me to dc.

Unlike this other post (https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/rGhgclvo-game-just-went-poof) Taliyah was not in my game. My team was Rumble (me) Renekton, Lucian, Zilian, and Karthus. The enemy team was Twisted Fate, Vi, Vayne, Sona, and Orn.

I'm running windows 10, nothing is running in the background necessarily aside form Bitdefender and Winamp.
