Fiddlesticks Q bug

After "FIXING" bugs for Fiddlesticks its came new bugs. Like cant cast Q about 2 sec after Ultimate cast, but skill is not silent just casting it like from 5-ft try, sometimes it looks like Q not working some time after casting other ability not only ulti.
