[GAMEPLAY] Ahri charm stopping dashes
This has been in the game for far too long and it's annoying as hell.
Ahri's charm stops dashes, which it shouldn't since it isn't Airborne CC or a displacement, seeing how Yasuo can't ult off of it. I can't even count the times i've got my Q as Vi short stopped by charm (and no, not during the charge up, during the dash). It not only cancels the dash but all of its effects as well.
It makes no sense whatsoever for it to shortstop dashes like a knockback or knockup would, since the other closest analogue, Fear/Terrify, another forced movement spell that isn't a displacement, does not stop dashes but is applied after the dash.
Not only that but, as it's generally known, Charm breaks so many spells it's unreal. I've seen it cancel a Vi/Hec/Malph ult outright.

Seriously, just scrap the code and adapt the Terrify code for it, but reverse the movement direction. Terrify works perfectly well and has no real issues so there should be none after the change.
As far as i can tell: Fear is coded as "slow + basic movement in the opposite direction" as if i've right clicked - since right click doesn't stop dashes but is applied after the dash finishes, makes sense that fear doesn't either. However, charm seems to be a "slow + stop whatever you're doing to move towards me", which just breaks so many things.
And give us some feedback on this since i've never seen an official statement on this, and it's been in the game for years.
