Jhin firing blanks

Recently playing against a Jhin - as Twitch if that matters - and every time he ulted his bullet vfx were missing, meaning he basically had an invisible ult, it was super hard to body block but because the cone area vfx was visible it was at least easy to run from. Just thought I'd mention it as I know Jhin's ult was recently tweaked on the PBE, thanks ^-^
