I Acquire Help

Hello. Today around 2:00 PM Pacific time, there was a crash that everyone in the USA acquired. Upon playing a game, the crash begun. While over 3 minutes it was trying to reconnect, I could not bare the waiting and left the game. Thinking that this was a crash that leaving it would result in no penalty. Alas, around an hour later, when I go to log back on, it tells me I have to wait 20:00 5 times due to leaving a game. When I saw this, I thought that this was wrong because I had left a game that had crashed. What I ask is that you remove the penalty. Thank you.
