New champion select bug

I recently played a ranked draft game with the new champ select out. One of the players on the enemy team timed out when selecting a champion (He selected the champ but did not lock in). Our entire team stayed in the champ select even though the enemy summoner theoretically dodged the queue. We had to manually leave the ranked matchmaking because it was frozen. This happened on the normal servers in NA
