League in game bugs

So, i was playing solo rank. when my team spawn, two of my teammates said they where locked in the base. which cause us the game. about half the game they where able to play, which was when the enemy teams where already fed. i think this isn't fare to us cause, we lost the game and lost points. Please fix this, i went down to zero points. 1 more game and i get demoted because of a bug.
