This happened 2 games in a row just we voted different champions, xayah ended up chosen both times. We entered our votes, 40% riven, 20% xayah. And next game 60% draven 20% xayah and both games xayah was the winning vote. If this isn't a bug then I don't know what is.
I've had three different games where the champ with the least amount of votes got picked, even when we had one with 60% of the votes.

There is still a chance 20% or whatevs for those champs to be picked, thankfully it is this way or else people would always have their selected champ just by having their friend tag along. Nothing is wrong here, no bugs or anything, you guys just aren't thinking clearly. Just because a champ has 4/1 votes does not mean there is no chance for the other selected champ.
I know it's all random chance, but that doesn't make it less sucky. I mean, I had to play 
for 30+ agonizing minutes when we had both an

It's because Riot doesn't know how votes work. Seriously. Should not be called 'voting' if the majority vote does not win...
Gotta necro this since it seems voting is still bugged. Tired of winning majority vote and still getting the single vote champ!
