Regularly corrupted input files and it's ruining my league experience!

My input file regularly becomes corrupted, at least once a day during games. By this I mean I get into a game and none of my hotkeys work. I understand this is an old issue and I've gone through the suggested steps to fix this issue many times. I have even manually deleted input file in game to fix it. I can usually fix it, but it requires me to close the client and restart the client. This costs me at best 1:30 to 2:00 minutes at the start of the game, plus behind in lane by at least 3 to 4 waves and 3 to 4 levels. It is extremely frustrating.

I have made sure no other windows are open when I start the game. I have done the repair client. I have gone through and closed all other applications that might affect league and this still happens. It happens randomly. I can go three or four games and nothing happens, and then bam game 5 I have to go through this process all over again and almost always lose that game because my team is now behind from a 4v5 and their ADC is vulnerable from no farm and no experience caused by a technical issue. Please make this stop, or help me figure out why it's happening on my machine and help me to permanently fix this issue.

Often after this happens, when the match is finished, League kicks me out and reinstalls and older version of the league and then self-updates which is also frustrating. This has become more of an issue since the last patch.

If champion matters at all it usually happens with Kog or Trist as those are the main champs I play.
