Darius has a gamebreaking bug; but I can't replicate it

Okay I know I'm not giving people much to go off of here, but I have twice now in the 25+ darius games I've played, been able to cast q twice in quick succession. And I mean, extremely quick. The first original Q will go off at normal time, and then .25 seconds later (I believe) a second q casts dealing the same amount of damage. This is gamebreaking - both times have resulted in me getting a kill that I didn't deserve, but I can't seem to reliably replicate it. I know it has something to do with his W, maybe them being used in the right succession? I'm not sure. Here's hoping someone smarter than I can figure it out.

I've been trying to figure it out as well. I first thought it had something to do with ult resets, but I've seen it at levels below 6 as well. Can't figure it out either.
