Started experiencing packet loss this patch. What can I do?

Not sure if this is a bug, or just a coincidence, but I'm getting heavy packet loss symptoms this patch. I checked my logs, and the packet loss is hitting me similarly to a memory leak. (ie. 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1, 2, 62, 119, 212, 500, 800, 1500, etc.). Sometimes I end up with like a 5 second movement delay but with 33 ping. How do I figure out what's causing the issue?
