GAME PLAY CRASH

So every time I log into League Of Legends, I'll go to play a rank game. After champion select and ban I'll go into the loading screen. But from there it just won't load at all. Its happened over 20 times and ive reported it over 10 times. My internet is good and I fixed bugs with league using their options I've even reinstalled 5 times. Game still won't load me, and i get penalize with lost of points and 20mins wait timers when I'm not leaving the game it just won't load. any feed back or support would help please and thank you.
