[Gameplay] All for one Gangplank Powder Keg

In all for one, any gangplank can destroy any ally powder kegs. The powder keg only explodes from other gangplanks; however, any other champion can attack the keg without causing an explosion. I did not test this with enemy Gangplanks, so an enemy gangplank can potentially blow up your barrels. To cause this bug:

1. Have a friendly Gangplank place barrel
2. Press any ability (Q for example) and target the barrel until you get the red marker that shows an enemy target
3. Once you have this marker you can auto attack the barrel with the champion, if it is gangplank it will explode the barrel (Only applicable in All For One)
