Orianna ball error

Orianna is my favorite champion, so I play her quite a bit. Unfortunately, from time to time this weird bug happens, when i sometimes can not see the ball, whether it's with her or stationed somewhere else. Also, instead of one indicator for it's location i see several, usually 3 or 4, even when the ball is stationed with the champion. It causes me to make a lot of mistakes, especially in teamfights where i cant always keep track of the ball because of multiple indicators. It started a while ago and while it doesn't occur on a regular basis, the instances are still quite frequent and I am surprised that the bug still has not been fixed. Has anyone else had a similar problem ?
