Dynamic Ranked Queue Lock in Bug

So I tried playing ranked last night with two of my friends and we get into champion select, the picks and bans phase. Anyways, I go to hover over my champion during my turn and I'm waiting for the button that says "Lock In" to become clickable and it glows a goldish color. Anyways that button never became clickable, so I hovered over the other champions and I was unable to Lock In the Champion cause the button never turned gold and remained unclickable. Any help would be great! Thanks,
