High ping/packet loss

Got a game with 800+ ping. Checked my connection to other sites, ping was good.

I pinged the site leagueoflegends.com and no packets made it.

All I want to know is, am I getting back LP I lost in this game?

I just played a quick game of ARAM and my ping was stable.

This was on your end.

Will you give me back my LP for this or not!?

There could have been a hiccup between your network and the game servers for a period of time, resulting in high pings for that one game which was likely ISP related as there haven't been any widespread server connection issues recently.
