Champion Select Bug with Portraits

Sometimes there will be a bug where if you hover over a champion, their portrait will appear on the right hand side of the screen and won't go away. This happened once where I was I was fixing my masteries. The portrait covered my "close" button and I couldn't select a champion-- forced queue dodge. This portrait bug has been an ongoing issue for a long time though so I think this needs to be resolved.
