Loots/Shards Disappear

Hi

Today I log in and I notice my redeemed Revel skin shard has disappeared along with a couple of my ward skins from past events.

My account is secured and my Orange essence stayed the same, so noone could have gotten into the account to disenchant.

Please help!!!
