[Website] Not able to submit support tickets.

I have been having trouble with in-game sound just being gone, and it's ONLY the game itself, the client works fine, programs work fine, but the actual game just stops sometimes, I've already done all the "tips" (before even going to the support page, lol) and they aren't working. so I tried to submit a support ticket. It told me to verify my email, when I go through the steps to verify it, it tells me it's already been verified, and has my e-mail there. so I tried logging into the support page again, and it tells me to verify my email again... IDK what to do at this point... anyone got an idea? [zombie-brand-mindblown] "please register your already registered email"
