Fix Match Making in 5vs5 Flex and 3vs3 Flex

I don't know how to express the anger and frustration that is building up inside me because of how match making is ruining my overall enjoyment of this game.

Past couple of days i have been playing 3vs3 rank flex and the match making has been, all over the place. I came to realize that the 3vs3 ranking is mostly base on solo q rank instead of the actual 3vs3 rank that you would think it would be base on.

To sum it up, riot completely gave up on balancing the match making in 3vs3 because you are apparently allow to que up with a friend who is in bronze while you are gold in 3vs3. So the tier restriction is completely out the window. No the restriction is not base on solo q. There is no restriction.

My goal is to get to plat or diamond in 3s but i have been struggling every single divisions of the rank since silver. I should be flying through these ranks due to the fact that i should be better than most silver/gold players but the truth is, most of the time i am not playing against silver/gold players. Instead i am playing with their ranks being diamond/master/challenger in either solo q or 3vs3.

I honestly wouldnt mind playing against my elo if i was ACTUALLY IN FKING PLAT OR DIAMOND. This bull shit match making is slowing down the progress that i am trying to make moving forward in 3vs3.

I dont have lot of data nor did i want to go back through my history to look at my 5vs5 flex games but this one example alone should be enough to paint the picture how flex match making is.

I had a solo q silver player being match up in the same game as me when i am in plat.

Enough said.

Please, i dont want new skins, i dont want new champs, i dont want new features, i dont want anything else more important than wanting riot to improve and fix the match making system.
