All HUD's, champion info, minimap, ect. disappeared from screen during ranked match

[GAMEPLAY] Playing Morgana, in ranked, when suddenly after deciding not to cast my q, everything on the screen disappeared. All I could see was champions, minions, turrets, ect. No minimap, no champ info, no chat, nothing was there. My pings worked, however, but they were the only things to. I couldn't even open the shop, not even by hotkey, and not even by just clicking the shop. I could still fire off dark binding, and back, but when I hit lvl 2, I couldn't choose to learn tormented soil because there was nothing for me to click! I couldn't type into chat either.

I had to force quit the game, and reconnect just for everything to reappear like normal.

My apologies on no screenshot, I tried but even that wasn't working. I'm on a mac if that helps, running Mojave.

Before this happened, I got the champion select black screen a few games ago, was forced into dodging. I repaired the client, ran the hex tool which also repatched it.

It seems there's some problems with this patch. From the black screen during champ select that causes you to dodge, to this.
