[GAMEPLAY] Sivir spell shield doesn't prevent root from leona E
spell shield should block the root from e but it doesn't

Similar to Sion ult, Leona's E has two parts. The damage, then the root. (Sion has damage and then knockup). It's an odd interaction, but might have to be coded that way due to how the blade has to work when it passes multiple enemies.
it only stops the first part of leo's ability not the second which is the root
