[GAMEPLAY] Vayne's Condemn Not Producing Knockback

Just finished Patching into the new season. First match I play is Vayne. Came across multiple points in the game in which when using E - Condemn that the knockback effect was not happening at all. I had maybe 2 or 3 uses that actually worked but only if they were going to be stunned against a wall. Played against .

Was only successfully able to preform condemn on Twice in Lane and once in Jungle. All other times it didn't even move them at all.

Example: Running away from After a Bandage toss stun in my base. He was closing in so I targeted him with Condemn and it hit but no Knockback occurred what so ever. Was unable to escape him and ended up getting killed.
