Game randomly says "Trying to reconnect" even if i'm connected

I have this problem since patch 5.15, Once in a while i get this problem that is a random "crash" even if i'm still connected.Never had this problem with other games and when i get that problem i can't even quit because if i do i would only get black screen with the league of legends not responding and can't even use the task manager to close,i have to reboot completely. Riot please fix this stop making emote and start to do more maintance on your game, anyway if any of you guys have any tip feel free to say it.
