[CLIENT] Can't lock in bans

When using new draft pick my client freezes while the ban before me is getting picked and I can't lock in my ban. Got several penalties for dodging because of this. The same frozen screen was seen by my friend who was playing with me. Happened multiple times.

When I joined a new game I got a ban counter (timer) before bans started.

Same thing happens to me and my friends. Can't lock in bans or champion selects from time to time which results in a time penalty.
