Vorpal Blade with Spoils of War

Occasionly, Shen's Vorpal Blade will trigger the Spoils of War passive on Relic Shield/Targons Brace/Face of the Mounain. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but it does allow ranged triggers of Spoils of War.
