Windows 10 FPS FIX

Had issues with fps right after updating Windows, I originally thought it was patch 5.13-5.14. To fix FPS for windows 10 simply delete your current graphics card driver and than go update the graphics driver. I went from unplayable FPS 1-20 on lowest graphic setting, back to a smooth 60 at all times on medium! hope this helps you
