Client broken, can't play at all, play button is grayed out, clean reinstall/repair tool doesn't fix

Game yesterday was working fine. After the patch today, the Play button is grayed out for no reason. When hovered over, the message says "All queues are currently disabled. If the client is otherwise ok, exit and re-open it to try again." Have done so many times, still grayed out. I downloaded the Hextech repair tool, tried everything possible on it. Force re-patch didn't work, re-install with a clean uninstall onto a different disk didn't work, both of the DNS settings didn't work, adding firewall exceptions didn't work. This is on Windows 10 on NA servers. There was a post about this on reddit that was deleted by the mods, at least two other people are having the same problem.

The crazy part is I had some random on my friend list invite me to a party, which worked, and I'm pretty sure that if we had started queue it would work, but I didn't want to bother him since we don't even remember each other and our ranks are way different.

EDIT3: I found a temporary fix/hack, have someone invite you to party and then leave the party, and you can find match with the button at the bottom.

I also have the issue. It's seeming like it's a server side issue so far.

I've tried restarting the client several times. I tried logging into different accounts on different regions. I tried repairing my client. I tried restarting my PC. I tried running as administrator. No juice for me.

Strange bit for me is that I played a few ranked games in the afternoon/morning earlier just fine.

Am on Windows 8.1

anytime after the stupid updates,, client lags out so bad its like im playing on dialup hey riot,,, stop trying to please others and make a game that's not so glitchy....and laggy,,, that will please us enough,,,,,, stop your wanting to be loved mainstream bs,,,,,, you sold the fk out!!!!!! stop performing like it!!!!!

Same thing, but guess what Riot wont fix it they're busy making skins and making videos on some rando champs

I have the same issue, so does my partner. Need to wait for couple of minutes so the client can back to normal. During the waiting, if I right click on the online friends, the menu only shows "send msg, add note, unfriend and block", just the same like offline.

I also have another issue, when it comes to champion select, all the skins (including the default one) are locked and greyed out. I can only use the skin which was previously used in games before the bug. If I continue to click on the skin, like in-game purchase, the message showed for owned skins are different to the one not owned, but both of them are not available for purchase.

Please fix!!!!!!

For me, there is no champ for practice tool and custom game...
