League of Legends PBE login issues 2019

Riot could you please fix your PBE launcher,I have to wait for 14+hrs just so I could Login into the PBE server.This Issue has been there for over 2 weeks what are you doing ? Am i the only one who has these problems because I saw streams login into the PBE normaly to try out the new champion Qiyana. FIX YOUR GAME

PBE is a pretty busy server and of course it will be hard to log in because Riot always works on the PBE server to fix problems so they are not encountered in live servers
