Why Doesn't my controller work on the Client

So I've played League with my Ps4 controller many times using Ds4Windows. It worked perfectly fine. I was bored so I decided to go on my smurf and try it again. All my binding are perfectly fine and everything works great on my laptop. Once i tab into the league client none of my bindings work. I tab out and all of it is working again. I believe it is a problem with the client because like i said everything else works fine. If anyone has any knowledge on how to make this work please tell me I really want to play with my controller
